Community Use of District Facilities
If you would like to rent a school or school facility, you can arrange to do so online. With a click on the link below, you can plan and schedule activities for after 5 pm and non school days at your neighborhood school. Read the How To document to create your own account and schedule your requests online. After you have created your account, an approval for use will be sent to your email.

Community use of district athletic facilities for fall, winter, spring and summer sports:
The high demand to use seasonal athletic facility requests prevents the system being able to accept those requests online. To ensure that your school athletic facilities request get quick attention, please complete a hard copy of the Facility Request Form (Word, PDF) for each site by established deadlines.
Fall Athletic facility use request - Due by June 15th
Winter Athletic facility use request - Due by September 15th
Spring Athletic facility use request - Due by January 15th

The use of Everett Memorial Stadium as well as Lincoln Field is handled by the Athletics Department.
