Welcome to our school
Gateway Middle School is a community of learners. As a staff, we believe:
- that every student can learn;
- in creating an optimal learning environment for each student;
- that our instruction should promote life long learning while appreciating the diverse needs and talents of the individual;
- that our mission cannot be accomplished alone but through partnerships with our parents and community at large.
We invite you to become an active participant in the Gateway learning community as we help our young people rise to the challenge of applying what they are learning to real-world problems and work to meet rigorous state and district standards of achievement.

Directions to Gateway Middle School
Northbound & Southbound: From I-5 take exit 186 (128th Street). Head east for 3.8 miles, crossing the Bothell-Everett Highway. Turn right on Puget Park Drive and continue for 1.9 miles to Silver Firs Drive (second Sherwood development entrance). Turn right on Silver Firs Drive and continue to entrance of school.
