Payments Online

PaymentsOnline is an internet web service allowing parents, guardians, or the interested public to make payments for district purchases, fines or fees. Users have student historical receipts available as well as the ability to pay for student library and textbook fines. Eventually, there are plans to provide a limited offering of school and district-sponsored items.

How do I log in?

You have two options for logging in. To access specific information about your student, your User Name will be your student's district-assigned student id number and the Password will be that same student's registered last name (the password field is not case-sensitive). This option provides you the most information about payment history and open fines for your student. The second option for logging in is as a guest user. In this method, you may simply browse any general district item available for purchase and make your purchase online. If you have more than one student attending Everett Public Schools, you will log in separately for each one.

Looks good, but what's in it for me?

Parents and guardians have more flexibility to view their students'district purchases and possible open fine activity as well as pay for purchases with a credit card online! Currently our schools cannot accommodate a credit card payment option on-site for these same purchases. Payments are recorded immediately, clearing any outstanding obligations. In addition, the internet site is available 24/7 to anyone with computer access to address any payment concerns in a more timely fashion.

Other Items to Note

  • A flat $3.00 convenience fee will be added to the online purchase total. This fee is strictly for online payment convenience. The same transaction can be made with cash or check at any district building with no convenience fees applied.
  • Refunds for any online purchase follow the same policies and procedures for regular purchases. Requests for a refund must be directed to the school or district office and accompanied with a receipt. Convenience fees will not be refunded.
