Welcome to our school
Whittier Elementary is a school with a tradition of excellence. We have a talented staff, active parent group, and valued volunteers who together work for our 492 children.
Whittier is adjacent to Everett Community College. Our work together enriches our program offerings. The Phi Theta Kappa honor students sponsor a homework club for our kids twice a week. The college's Western Washington University students assist in our classrooms, tutor our children and often student teach in our school.
We also feel fortunate to have many parent and community volunteers who regularly assist our teachers and students in the classroom. We are able to do the excellent job we do because of the energy and time our volunteers give us. Ours is indeed a community school.

Directions to Whittier Elementary School
Northbound: From I-5, take exit 195 (Marine View Drive). Turn left. Take another left, this time at 16th Street and turn right at Broadway. Turn left at 10th Street. The school will be three blocks on the right.
Southbound: From I-5, take exit 198 (N. Broadway/Port of Everett). Continue south to 10th Street and turn right. The school will be three blocks on the right.
